  2. as a teacher, we should know how to handle individual differences. developing their confidence, leadership, and providing them a space to communicate and interact with others because every individual is unique and have its own potential as human being.

  3. as a future teacher we encourage those student to learn more and motivate them to study harder...as we teach the student we use an effective method to help the student to understand the lesson...as a teacher we need to know first their family background so that we can understand them if why they sometimes didnt participate in the discussion...the very effective method in teaching is the teacher because she/he is the only one who knows how to deliver the topic or the lesson...

  5. as anticipated teacher, addressing diversity in a heterogeneous class is not that easy.we must consider and respect different cultures, beliefs, customs and traditions.respect each individuals insights or opinions.

  6. sorry po sir, wrong send hehe..anyway..as anticipated teacher, addressing diversity in a heterogeneous class is quite difficult.we must respect and consider each individuals point of view, belief, culture, customs and traditions.we must taught according to how each individual can get along with the topic.it ts also important to practice equality and fairness no matter who the student is...

  7. teaching in heterogeneous class is not easy we need to consider the individual differesnces of every learner.Respecting the culture, beliefs, customs and traditions are likewise important. We need also to treat our learners equally, accept them for what they are, not who they are.

  10. in this video clips, teacher should be more open-minded in all aspects. teacher should respect the different opinions of each individuals where in, they should know how to handle the different culture and beliefs of each learners. As would be teacher, i should be more open-mended in everything that involves in my career. I do believe that Teacher should be a model in front of each young learners. We should be responsible enough in committing our self in the society.

  11. Most teachers have little control over school policy or curriculum or choice of texts or special placement of students, but most have a great deal of autonomy inside the classroom. To a degree shared by only a few other occupations, such as police work, public education rests precariously on the skill and virtue of the people at the bottom of the institutional pyramid.
    take care po

  12. ..being a teacher racial differences should not become a hindrance.. lets just take it as a challenge wherein we can be able to teach different learners having different culture and traditions.. help them to live life normally..

    as written by Dena Wagner...
,Classrooms today are becoming increasingly diverse. Teachers must consider not only race and ethnicity, but also issues such as gender, substance abuse, homophobia, teen pregnancy, and homelessness. These issues all have implications within a multicultural classroom. An important goal of the schools should be to forge a common nation and destiny from the tremendous ethnic, cultural, and language diversity. To forge a common destiny, educators must respect and build upon the cultural strengths and characteristics that students from diverse groups bring to school. At the same time, educators must help all students acquire the knowledge, skills, and values needed to become participating citizens of the commonwealth. Cultural, ethnic, and language diversity provide the nation and the schools with rich opportunities to incorporate diverse perspectives, issues, and characteristics into the nation and the schools in order to strengthen both.
